SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed under us are typically delivered within 7 to 15 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping addresses and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or other unprecedented and unanticipated events.

CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY

Zoov Store’s Cancellation and Exchange Policy offers you the option to exchange items purchased on Style Giraffe within 2 days of receipt in case there is a manufacturing defect in the products. We will dispatch the replacements as soon as we received your return order you will need to courier the product to us and mail us at contact@zoovstore.com

While returning the order, please mention your Order ID and contact information on the package.

Once we have received your return, we will do a quality check of the returned product at our end and if the product passes the quality check we will replace them.  Please note that products from the Affiliate store, undergarments, and perishable items exchanges are not eligible for returns and exchange.

Regarding cancellation, an order can be canceled directly from the registered account before it is shipped. If the order is shipped already, you will not be able to cancel it unfortunately but do let us know about it.

REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts for 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
